  The Piano Roll is an alternative MIDI editor to the standard MIDI editor of MIDI Locator free ! It features graphical presentation and full editing of sequence's notes, controllers, NRPN, pitchwheel and velocity
  
  
• Filewriter (wave renderer) inside the "Virtual Sample Player".
  
  
  
  The filewriter "plays" your MIDI sequence into a standard wave file. So that you are able to burn (with extern CD burn software) an audio CD with your MIDI songs.
  
  44.1 kHz/16 bit or 96 kHz/24 bit wave files can be build.
  
  
• "Delete doubles" MIDI edit function
  
  
  
  for intelligent recognition of double MIDI events. Nearly every MIDI file has those events in it : They come from pressing a keyboards key a second time, even if the note has already been recorded. Or because of an overdubbed record of a controllers flow of data. Or simply because the author of a MIDI file was overrun by his self created MIDI events in a long night. And too lazy to work out which events are not used. MIDI Locator also looks for "MIDI Standard" depending doubles like "Main Volume Controller is set to 100" after GS reset etc.
