Cobb First Responders Received Public Safety Appreciation Luncheon

On Thursday, March 25, Janice Overbeck’s real estate team hosted an appreciation barbecue lunch to honor local police, firefighters, paramedics and military personnel. Capital City Home Loans food truck has grilled burgers and hot dogs with a variety of sides sponsored by other local partners.

Participants were encouraged to use the “social distancing patio” to enjoy their meal or take it on the road. Event sponsors and real estate team members Janice Overbeck were able to socialize and meet all of the local first responders and military and thank them for what they do on a daily basis. There were also puppies available for adoption at the event.

Other event sponsors included: Arrow Exterminators, Amerispec Home Inspection, Straight Line Roofing and Restoration, JG Artisan Painting, Aroma Ridge Coffee, The Hathaway Agency Insurance, 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, Chick-fil-A East Lake, Panera Bread and Perrie & Associates.

Local first responders from Cobb County and surrounding areas, police, firefighters, detective units and the military have all been invited.
